So, if you must cancel an order, check whether any writer has been assigned or not. However, if you feel you want to cancel an order and place a different order instead of the first one, you can do it conveniently. We allow you to change bookings.
- If we deduct money twice for a given service, do not be fazed because we assure you that you will get your money back because we believe in transparent business. You will receive two payment receipts and after review, you will get back the extra money you received within the shortest time possible.
- Always ensure to send complete details and proper materials before placing an order with us. The points that you mention categorically will be followed strictly.
- In accordance with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy, we ensure that your solution meets all the requirements specified during the time of placing the order. We are also reviewing our solutions to meet your requirements. However, you must request a revision within one month of receiving the solution. Change requests after this period will not be considered and no refund will be given in such cases.
- We can guarantee that you will never fail the assignments. But, in case you fail to get satisfied with the quality of work that we do, you can ask for free unlimited revisions and edits. If you fail the assignment do not worry, produce the authentic fail report and get a chance to receive a refund.
- No refund will be made for the amount paid for tests and quizzes.
